SEED & FERTILIZER PROGRAM

The objective of this program is to increase agricultural productivity, improve food security and, provide income support for poor farmers.
Considering the fact that Cameroon is mainly an agricultural country, farmers are one of the most important part of the Cameroonian society. These farmers mainly depend on two things to have a successful crop – seeds and fertilizers.
It is common for rural farmers to travel great distances just for the opportunities to purchase seeds and fertilizers. And at the end of their journey, they frequently find stores lack the specific items they need or are selling them at unaffordable prices. Lack of basic farm supplies has made it virtually impossible for small-scale farmers in poor communities to increase their yield or incomes, reinforcing widespread poverty. Understanding this, DeZibla & Samy, Inc. has taken the initiative of helping these famers by providing them with fertilizer and seeds, completely free of cost. DeZibla & Samy, Inc. hopes to make their lives easier and happier by lending a helping hand.

FARM EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES RECYCLING PROGRAM

This program is devised to meet the fundamental needs of small-scale agriculture in poor communities in Cameroon.
Many farmers for example are tilling the land by hoe. The hand hoe is not only strenuous, but very limiting in terms of expansion of hectarage under cultivation. DeZibla & Samy, Inc.’s goal is to play a leading role in collecting and supplying used or unused farm equipment and supplies to those farmers.
Donating agricultural equipment and supplies to poor communities will allow people to grow their own food supplies without dependence on outside entities, thus creating a sustainable agricultural system.

MEDICAL SUPPLY RECOVERY PROGRAM

This program is designed to collect unneeded medical supplies and equipment from hospitals, manufacturers, and distributors, diverting them from landfills and shipping them for use in hospitals and clinics in Cameroon.
Every day US hospitals prepare for surgeries and procedures by opening instrument and supply packs. A great deal of these valuable goods is never used. Due to government regulations, these supplies must be discarded. DeZibla & Samy, Inc. will collect these supplies, which never had patient contact, so they can be used to save lives in Cameroon. While American doctors throw away sutures that have never been used, medical professionals throughout the world are washing, sun-drying and reusing sutures on numerous patients
The organization is planning to raise money every year to move a 40 feet container of medical supplies to Cameroon. This load will help approximately 100,000 people who use the services of hospitals or clinics in several regions in Cameroon
